Happy Friday!

Finals week has been more exhausting than I expected, so I am quite happy that today is Friday. My brother is visiting from Virginia this weekend and my son is meeting us for dinner Saturday, so it promises to be a good weekend.

I indulged myself with a cast-on this week: the Wave Fingerless Mittens.
They don't look like much yet. And excuse the awful flash photo! It's dark when I leave for work and when I come home. But not for long!
