| Can you see my mistake here? There's an extra pink ridge at the top of the mosaic section. I'm OK with it. |
If you are interested in the pattern, you can find it here.
This is my trip knitting, but I don't know how much I'll get done. My main focus is on the art quilt I need to finish for a show this winter.

That ridge doesn't look at all like a mistake to me - definitely a design element. I love the colors you chose!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! And, that hot pink will certainly brighten up the grey days of winter.
ReplyDeleteOh, it's just gorgeous! Love those colors and all the texture. Door County is one of my favorite places, too -- enjoy your trip. Have you been to the Door County Creamery in Sister Bay yet? They have terrific goat's cheese and make wonderful sandwiches.

ReplyDeleteWow, that's fantastic. The texture is fabulous. I've never really considered a mosaic project like this. hmm. You've done a great job. And seriously, even though you pointed out what was "wrong" I don't see it as a mistake at all. Well done.
ReplyDeleteNice work; Kirsten makes great patterns. I don't think I've ever finished a KAL in the allotted time. Love your shawl and hope you have time to finish it before school begins again. Where did summer go?
