A Finish and a Start

A while back I finished this cross stitch, Happinest:
To frame it, I'm going to stretch it across an 8x8 painting canvas. First, obviously, it needs to be blocked.
Right away, I plunged into another Satsuma Street pattern:
This one is substantially harder, so it is going to take longer.

If you haven't checked out the Satusma Street Etsy store (linked above) and you like to embroider, you might want to see all her designs. I thought I was done with cross stitch until I saw these adorable designs!

  5. Lovely stitching. The top one would look great framed or as a cushion cover. Have a good week. Xxx

  7. Those are just the happiest patterns. I need to go check it out if I ever finish all the projects I have going. Buying patterns is a lot easier (and more fun) than finishing them.

  8. These cross stitch designs are just so freaking cute! I can see how tempting they must be! My eyesight hasn't been good enough for cross stitch for many years. I guess I'll stick with my knitting :)
